Record of Ukraine at Beef&Cake

The restaurant's chefs prepared a record-breaking beef tartare for Ukraine. The achievement was recorded by the Ukrainian Book of Records.

The record was set by 9 chefs from Beef&Cake restaurant, led by Chef Maxim Poplavsky. They cooked the dish for eight hours - from 6 am to 2 pm. The size of the tartare recorded by the Ukrainian Book of Records is simply impressive. It weighs 56.8 kilograms, is 4 meters long and 80 centimeters wide. The basis of the tartare was a premium beef tenderloin weighing more than 30 kilograms. About 80 chicken egg yolks and a giant ostrich egg yolk were used for decoration.

Immediately after the record was set, the restaurant's chefs turned the entire dish into steaks and made delicious, juicy burgers for the defenders of Ukraine who are currently in a military hospital in Khmelnytsky. A total of 160 burgers were made!
